Ginger

 

Introduction:


Traditional Chinese medicine has recommended ginger for over 2,500 years. It is used for abdominal bloating, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, and rheumatism. Ginger is commonly used in the Ayurvedic and Tibb systems of medicine for the treatment of inflammatory joint diseases, such as arthritis.

 
Disease:

1. Asthma

Intaking 3 gms tulsi juice, 3 gms green ginger juice along with 1 tsp of honey gives relief in breathing.

2. Blood pressure

Mix equal quantity of green ginger juice and water, by drinking this mixture heart disease is cured.

3. Cough and cold

By using the mixture of green ginger juice, lemon juice, tulsi juice and honey, cough-cold and fever is cured. At the same time, pain in the body due to fever is also relieved.

4. Fever

Make a powder of 5gms cinnamon, 4 gms dry ginger and 1gm cloves. From it take 2gms of powder and add it in a cup of boiling water, after 15 to 20 minutes add honey and drink it to cure influenza and restlessness.

5. Jaundice

If you don't feel hungry when you are suffering from jaundice, have 2 tsp green ginger juice along with 1/2 tsp Triphala powder twice a day.
