1mukhi Chandrakar: Mantra: Om Hreem Namah

It is a divine gem. It is associated with lord Shiva. It gives all round prosperity, frees one from all sins and fulfils all desires. It has no natural hole, so kept in Pooja only. The round one is extinct.

2 mukhi: Mantra: Om Namah

It is associated with Ardhanareeswar, i.e., Shiva and Shakti. Giver of wealth and remover of sins. it symbolises unity & is effective as a remedy for Moon related problems. Controls the mind and improves marital relations.

3 mukhi: Mantra: Om Kleem Namah

It is associated with Agni. It gives the wearer all kinds of wealth. It is also known to cure recurring fever. It is prescribed as a remedy for Mars related problems.

4 mukhi: Mantra: Om Hreem Namah

Brahma. Gives the wearer the the four essentials of life - Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. It removes sins committed by murder. It represents Brahma and prescribed as a remedy for Mercury related problems. It is good for memory, nervous disorders and intelligence.

5 mukhi: Mantra: Om Hreem Namah

This most commonly available Rudraksha is associated with Kalagni Rudra, i.e., lord Shiva. Remover of all kinds of sins and miseries. It is a remedy for Jupiter related problems. Used as a Japa mala. A fully tested five mukhi Rudraksha mala very effectively controls anger, BP, Diabetics, tooth-ache, piles and gives peace of mind and spiritual inclinations to the wearer. 

6 mukhi: Mantra: Om Hreem Hum Namah

Associated with lord Shanmukhanath or Kartikeya, the son of lord Shiva. Wearing it on the right hand removes the sins of Bramhahatya. It is prescribed as a remedy for Venus related problems. It controls  low BP.

7 mukhi: Mantra: Om Hum Namah

Associated with  lord Ananga. According to others it represents goddess Lakshmi and gives wealth to the wearer. It is prescribed as a remedy for Saturn related problems.
